Top restaurant pastry chefs will be going head to head at The Chicago School of Mold Making on September 14-16th for Season 3!
The Chicago Restaurant Pastry Competition (CRPC) is open to any professional pastry chef working in the world today.
There is no entry fee and finalists will be selected based solely on the artistic and culinary strength of their work.
The event is filmed live, edited and released worldwide as a four video 'season'!
The CRPC is a pastry competition where Four Chef Finalists will be asked to make eight plates of an original, creative, plated dessert.
Chefs also compete in a Mystery Challenge where they will push the envelope of plated desserts!
And this year we're adding a third element: Artisan Gelato Milkshake!
The winner will be the chef that presents the most creative and best tasting desserts.
